Dr. Fay has been performing high volumes of vasectomies since 2016. Initially in Edinburgh (Scotland), followed by Prince Edward Island, and North Peace Region of BC, before settling in Port Moody in late 2024. To date he has performed more than 4,500 vasectomies. He currently performs approximately 30 procedures per week. 

Dr. Fay graduated from his medical studies at Queen’s University in Belfast, Northern Ireland in 2010 and completed Family Practice training in 2015. In 2016, Dr. Fay practiced in Edinburgh as a General Practitioner Champion of Sexual Health at the Chalmers Sexual and Reproductive Health Hospital, where he completed vasectomy training through the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. For the following three years, he performed vasectomies in Edinburgh and surrounding areas. 

In 2018, Dr. Fay and his wife moved to Prince Edward Island to practice family medicine and establish a vasectomy clinic in Summerside. For a time, Dr. Fay was the sole provider of vasectomies in the province. In 2021, Dr. Fay relocated to Hudson’s Hope located in northern BC, providing vasectomies for residents of Fort St. John, Dawson Creek, Chetwynd, Tumbler Ridge and Fort Nelson. 

In December 2024 dr Fay and his family made their dream move to Vancouver to establish his practice in Port Moody. Outside of work, Dr. Fay enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He is a tri-athlete and Ironman competitor, as well as a keen football (soccer) player.
